Ever walk into a location to find a lightbulb burned out and have a team member let you know “It’s been that way forever.” Make excuses a thing of the past with the Ticketing To Do system! All your team members can use it, upload pictures and fill out a report so everyone is in the know.


Click Create Ticket. Whomever is entering the ticket will be able to chose the priority level of the maintenance or incident report. 

If it's critical, the manager will receive a text message alerting to the situation. 

Enter the Location, Subject, Description, and Pictures

It’s easy to fill put how important the Maintenance or Incident Report is to operations, the location, and the details.

It is assigned to a manager or team member to complete the task.

It can be easily tracked as open, in progress, or closed as your team member progresses the task. 

As an admin, you can look at specific locations and see what remains incomplete.
