Activating/Adding Team Members:

The first step to activating your team members is to send them an invite to join Prospr At Work via email. 

You can invite them in the Settings Tab on the Users page.




You will be able to fill out their account details to help you build the schedule, but individual users will need to activate their account to successfully use Prospr At Work. 


Once the email has been sent, you can begin to build out team member's profiles.


Scheduling Availability: Hours that your team is able to work or scheduled to work. Day by day, add the times your team is able to be scheduled. This is directly correlated with the ability to add them to the schedule and use the auto assign feature. You can drag and drop the hours from day to day if they remain the same. 


Locations: Assign a Home Location. Once you have assigned a home location ( where they work most frequently or location of hire) you can assign multiple locations for each team member.  If they work at different storefronts, click the + sign and adding additional locations. When they are added to an additional location, it places them on your alternate roster to fill in shifts. 







Compensation/Hourly Rate: Enter team member's hourly rate.

Weekly Hours Goal: Enter team member's target hours per week. 

Managers Tip: The hourly rate and target hours will help you monitor your payroll budget, overtime, and benefit eligibility.
