To start your first schedule, you will create a template.

Under Scheduling, Click Planner in the Toolbar on the right side of your screen.

Click the Use Templates button so you will see the following:

As you create your first template you want to consider:

  • Your Operating Hours
  • How Many Team Members of each job you have on your schedule each day

Manager Tip: Are your employees expected to be at work 15 minutes prior before the official start? Build into the schedule.

It's easy to create your first shift by entering the number of associates you need, the hours, and the department.

Drag and drop to the next day if your scheduled hours remain the same, or make alterations to each shift as needed. Saturdays busier? Click How Many to add an extra team member.

A finished schedule should look look something like this

IMPORTANT: In order to use the template in the future, you must go to the Save Template As and enter a name and click Save As

We suggest naming the Month and Year you are using the template.  Save templates for future schedules.

Once you have named and save the template, click generate shifts and it will appear on your schedule.

You can assign team members with our Auto Assign Feature.

It will remain in Draft form until you Publish.
