Setting Up User Profiles: 

After you have sent invitations to your team, the next step will be to set up their profile. Set up your profile, and then you will be able to assist your team if they need it. 

Highlighted below is everything users are able to set up in their profile. Once there is a confirmed email and mobile number,  all communication from Prospr At Work will be received.  

The phone number should be set up in the format of 000-000-0000.

When you click confirm for both email and mobile, a confirmation code is sent via email and text message. 

Click confirm and you are on your way to receiving all work communication! Make sure to change and update your password to one you can remember.

Click Save on each page of your profile when you have entered the information.
