Tickets: Our ticketing system keeps everyone on the same page with maintenance and incident reports. If you have entered a ticket, you can monitor the progress of it’s resolution.
Click Create Ticket.
Choose Incident or Maintenance and the priority level of the ticket. Enter the Location, Subject, Description, and Attachments if appropriate.
To upload an attachment, take a picture on your phone. Hit Submit and the ticket will be submitted to you manager.
Once submitted, your manager can keep you posted on the progress. You can enter comments if the issue has updates and your manager can answer you back on the thread.
On the dashboard, you can see the status, and if any action items have been assigned to you ( showing up as mine.)
