1. How can I delete a ticket? 


You can delete a ticket at the top of the ticket. 




2. How do I assign a ticket to a team member to a task or ticket? 

 

Under ticket assignment, click the assign button,  and select from the drop down. Whomever it is assigned to will be notified. 




3. Can I see completed tickets? 


Yes, click on closed tickets to see what has been completed in the past.
